Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technology processes automation in Atlassian Jira (Dev, QA, Ops, Support);
- Develop plugins to extend JIRA capabilities (proficiency in Groovy/Java);
- Configure custom fields, screens, permissions, workflows, etc.;
- Advanced knowledge of plugins (Scriptrunner, Structure, Insight, Portfolio, etc.);
- Setting up Jira Service Desk as part of the ITSM process;
- Write clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience;
- Proficiency in Groovy/Java;
- Fluent English - both verbal and written.
