Now we are looking for an experienced and energetic Lead System Administrator who will work closely with all our company's departments and help develop various processes.

What you’ll do:

1. Set up and lead a team of system administrators
2. Set up processes and policies to support employees
3. Set up and monitor security policies and software on workstations
4. Set up accounts, workstations, and other software or hardware tools required for the operation of the company and other roles
5. System administration - configuration management, entitlement management, software installations
6. Administration of internal IT infrastructure
7. Solve all problems related to office infrastructure

Requirements

Your Profile:

1. 5+ years of related work experience, at least 2 of them leading a HelpDesk team of not less than two people
2. You are fluent in English
3. You have a broad understanding and experience in Active directory administration
4. Experience in setting up and administering SSO in connection with Active directory or similar systems
5. You have knowledge or familiarity with the management of various applications including Atlassian Stack (JIRA, Confluence)
6. You are ready for dynamic work and a wide variety of tasks
7. Understanding of security risks and ways of mitigation on the level of workstations
8. Optional
   1. Experience working in banks or Fintech
   2. Microsoft Azure administration in terms of Active Directory
