We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (IT) who would take on the challenge of finding and hiring talents for our growing IT Division. You would work on roles both varied and interesting from System Analysts to .NET Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud Infrastructure professionals and our day-to-day heroes (IT Support Team). This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of roles within the IT sphere.

You will be the go-to person for market information to your Hiring Managers and will be a true consultant to them, helping them make decisions, while working closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure department-wide organization.

Your daily work will be to:

  • Source amp; attract the best IT candidates by using various techniques;
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential future candidates, also with hiring managers;
  • Attend IT and Recruitment events to keep your finger on the pulse of the market;
  • Collaborate and discuss suitability of candidates with team leaders and hiring managers;
  • Analyze the labor market and implement employee attraction projects.

Requirements

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in recruitment;
  • Proven track record in technical roles (1+ years);
  • Are able to plan and manage your time well;
  • Are fluent in English and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Have a passion for challenges and are oriented towards high achievements;
  • Are highly organized and detail oriented.

Base monthly salary: from 4000 GEL to 5000 GEL (before tax) and annual bonus. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.
