We are looking for a strategic-thinking, boundary-pushing creative leader with a human-centered, story-driven approach that can step in for our current Creative Director while he is on paternity leave. They have experience leading creative development for content, campaigns, and experiences for golf brands and organizations. They can jump into a fast-moving environment, learn our communication and collaboration platforms quickly, and seamlessly get into the actual work. They are skilled at planning and producing strategic solutions, overseeing the entirety of the creative process, and moving the vision from concept to development and through production and delivery. The Creative Director is a big-picture thinker who can approach all things with positivity and excitement and has the unique ability to inspire those around them to explore, experiment, and play while working toward the ultimate goal of producing impactful and engaging work that answers a partner's need.What you'll do:
  • Continue to lead the generation, development, and production of impactful, engaging, purpose-driven, brand-defining creative for campaigns and events within the golf industry
  • Translate partner goals and objectives into innovative, creative strategies
  • Able to work across mediums, with multiple team members, often under tight deadlines, all while maintaining and communicating a clear sense of direction
  • Provide vision and lead ideation
  • Lead exploration and discovery sessions to better understand partner and campaign goals
  • Maintain a positive direction - always looking forward and always finding solutions despite often needing to navigate ambiguity
  • Inspire, make people want to learn more, and make them take action
  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and highly motivated environment of trust and collaboration
  • Approach work and people with empathy
  • Helps to create budgets and timelines for all creative facets of a project
