We are looking for an art director who will be responsible for the overall art direction and design of a large fundraising event focused on an interactive mural piece. What you'll do
- Responsible for overall art direction and design of a large fundraising event focused on an interactive mural piece.
- Art Director Deliverables:
- Creation and management of interactive wall mural, environmental video edit oversight, and installation w/ vendor
- Content collaboration on textural video transitions in LED decor element with the vendor
- Sketching and creating concepts for mural layout for digital animation by the vendor
- Oversight of content visual integrity per interactive vendor
- Marketing communications, maintaining brand consistency, and creation of assets as identified
- Creation and management of file needs for premiums
- Event assets as determined by venue and event flow
- Fulfill the design needs related to any invitation mailer or digital design associated with the invitations
- Also of note, experience in event-based design is a plus
- Experience in Large format digital/print would be helpful.
- The Art Director needs to be available to help oversee consistency at the event, so the expectation is that they will be available on the two event days and the week of set up.
