What we are looking for:
A passionate and ambitious People Manager who will work with and provide day to day support to the CEO and other members of the management team to help drive People Strategy initiatives through day to day HR operations.
As People (HR) Manager at Monite you will cover a very broad spectrum of tasks in the employee experience from Recruitment and managing the ATS to day to day performance management, employee relations, HRIS, policy application etc. and while maintaining a wide level of freedom with the opportunity to make a true impact.
What we expect
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive (Start-up/scale up experience essential)
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems (HiBob would be an advantage)
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR good practice
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
