Campus Movie Fest (CMF), the World’s Largest Student Film Festival, is adding a member to its tour management team. CMF will be at three universities in the Atlanta area providing students with laptops, cameras, and training to create their own five-minute films in one week. The films then premiere at a screening on campus and compete for prizes. Your role as a CMF Team Member will be to help promote, organize, and run campus events.What you'll do:- Work on a team of 2-3 CMF staffers and promoters to bring the on-campus CMF events to life.
- Coordinate the onsite logistics of the festival with staff and student contacts at each school. This may include Promotions, Information sessions, Launch, Collection and Judging logistics, and Premiere planning and execution, including projection of the student films.
- Work with the school contacts to create a promotions plan tailored to that school, taking advantage of all on-campus opportunities for promoting CMF.
- Staff and coordinate multiple events simultaneously.
- Report to and meet goals set by upper management.
- Tracking inventory and shipping of Apple laptops, Panasonic cameras, and misc. film and tour equipment
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for each campus and schedule the promotions staff.

- You’ll need a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
