- Have at least 1 year of Customer support experience.
- Have a strong communication skills, accuracy, meticulousness, multitasking approach of work.
- Analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to be able to elaborate the solution and explain it.
- English level should be Advanced and higher.
- Knowledge of analytical software is welcomed.
