Your daily activities as a Content Manager will be:

  • Management, support, and development of Help Center (Knowledge Base).
  • Creation of content for the knowledge base (including SEO optimization), based on customer requests on an ongoing basis.
  • Control of content creation and translation into all supported languages.
  • Suggest ideas to improve and expand the knowledge base.
  • Managing relationships with website developers and third party knowledge base software vendors.
  • Analysis and improvement of self-score of our clients.


You are best for this role if you:

- Have at least 1 year of Customer support experience.

- Have a strong communication skills, accuracy, meticulousness, multitasking approach of work.

- Analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to be able to elaborate the solution and explain it.

- English level should be Advanced and higher.

- Knowledge of analytical software is welcomed.
