We are looking for a Tech Support Leadfor the front of work:

  • Creating a 24/7 technical support team for customer support/success and internal users:
  • Pick up current problems with trouble shooting.
  • Organize the process of technical support for customer support/success.
  • Organize the technical passport process for internal users.Hire and board 1-2 specialists into a team.


  • Real experience in managing a technical support team for at least 2 years (bank, payment systems).
  • A good technical outlook: the ability to investigate the problem and independently determine the origin and those responsible for their solution.
  • Deep understanding of the subject area (online banking, payments).
  • Confident command of English (at least B2).
  • Experience in organizing processes within the technical support department.


A contract with a British legal entity (Gph or IP), we take care of all document issues.
