Girteka Logistics, the biggest European FTL (Full Truck Load) transportation company is looking for a motivated IT professional to work with Atlassian products. Here at Girteka Logistics, we seek excellence in everything we do, so you will need to ensure smooth Jira and Confluence processes. What you will do:
- As a part of the Atlassian product team (within the IT department) implement, develop and support Atlassian family products (Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Confluence) cloud and server infrastructure.
- Configure Jira workflows, automation, security, permissions, custom field and screen customization, Confluence workspaces, plugins, and system settings available through the user interface.
- Develop automated advanced scripts, post functions and triggers.
- Work closely with other IT engineering teams (internal and external) on Jira integration with other applications using integration modules and webhooks.
- Monitor system performance, and react proactively if any unexpected issue occurs. Propose, design, and implement software enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Atlassian products.
- Knowledge of REST API, JSON; hands-on experience in working with Atlassian Products APIs (developer.atlassian.com/cloud)
- Knowledge of Linux server, and DBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) administration.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle; preferably with Agile Kanban/Scrum.
- ITIL V3 best practices knowledge is an advantage.
- Hold deep technical expertise and a desire to always be learning.
- Good communication skills, the ability to understand enterprise architecture, build prototypes, and present designs and demos to stakeholders.
- Able to use the English language on a daily basis.

- Base monthly salary: from 2000 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
