Admirals is offering an exciting paid internship opportunity this summer for you to work alongside our global Talent Management team and gain valuable experience in a professional work environment.
Duration: 8 weeks from 01/07/2022 to 31/08/2022
Location: Batumi, Georgia

Your daily activities as Talent Sourcer Intern will be:
- Actively source new candidates from job sites, social media and other platforms.
- Conduct the initial screening of new candidates, followed by registering the candidate to match the roles they are looking for.
- Provide support in carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment function.
You are best for this role if you are/have:
- Current studies or recently finished degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in learning about talent management and recruitment function
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Attention to detail and solid written and verbal communication skills.
- English knowledge level C2 is a must, additional languages are advantageous.
