SummaryTo lead and manage the Ideas United Post Production department in all aspects, including general strategy, financial, and overall workload management. The Director of Post Production is also the figurehead representative in all meetings and matters pertaining to post-production throughout the company.
This role is full-time and based out of our brand new headquarters in Grant Park, Atlanta. What You’ll Do:
- Develop amp; mentor Post Production team members
- Build amp; foster a community of freelance post creators
- Develop budgeting system
- Build scalable system for project ebb and flow
- Oversee all working budgets and resources
- Work with team to determine hardware and software needs
- Assign projects to Post Producers, as necessary based on project and partner level of priority, both in urgent and standard scenarios
- Review timelines and budgets created by project teams
