We are seeking freelance graphic designers who can bring good collaboration, innovative ideas, and high quality design to our creative department. What you'll do:
- Create design assets including but not limited to brand assets, film/video graphics, social media templates, virtual event branding and collateral, web design, presentations and more
- Ability to work efficiently on projects with quick turnarounds
- Welcome regular creative asset requests from our internal projects teams and external partners
- Be able to understand the visual hierarchy needed to effectively communicate our partner’s message with the information given
- Participate in varying levels within a project and maintaining set deadlines
- Provide project updates and providing useful feedback to other team members
- Be capable of thoughtfully presenting ideas and concepts to internal and external partners
What we'll love about you:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Keynote, and Gdrive with advanced skills in Illustrator
- 3-5 years of experience as a graphic, branding or visual designer creating a diverse range of deliverables
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of design work
- Flexible schedule with ability to work nights and/or weekends is a plus
- A good fit would be a designer that is excited by challenges and always keeps a human-centered design approach. We are big fans of design thinking here at iU
