Job Description

The Marketing CommunicationsSpecialistisresponsible forcontributing to AHEAD’s goal of cohesive, engaging communications both internally andexternally.
This includesdevelopingand distributinginternal and external company messages to key audiencesacross three main categories:internal employee communications, external media relations and pr, and management of AHEAD’s social media profiles.
This position reports to the Corporate Communications Manager.Responsibilities
  • Communicate acrossAHEAD’s key audiences including employees, clients, investors, partners, and the marketas a whole
  • Manage content and strategy onall ofAHEAD’s social media channelsincluding Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
  • Perform day-to-day management of social platforms including posting to and engaging with audiences
  • Develop content in conjunction with greater marketing goals and campaigns
  • Track and report on social media performance
  • Enable sales reps and SMEs to leverageBambuplatform for broader brand reach
  • Lead weekly development and distribution of the company newsletter
  • Gather and curate information from content sponsors
  • Build newsletter on a weekly basis and distribute to employee population
  • Assist with management of communications tools and mailing lists
  • Support curation and management of the company’s intranetand cross-geo communications channels
  • Publish relevant content for internal audience consumption
  • Manageand curateintranet homepage
  • Manageand curatedigital signage content within relevant AHEAD locations
  • Support media relations efforts and engage with AHEAD’s public relations agency
  • Assist with the writing,editing, and publishingofpress releases
  • Coordinate media opportunities with internal subject matter expertsand media outlets/media partners
  • Continuously drive company strategy via the media relations channel
  • Plan, write, edit, and deploy communicationscampaigns in collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
  • Assist in the creation and strategy for comms materials across key initiatives
  • Serve as a checkpoint for the review and editing of internal communications content created by stakeholders across the business
  • Collaborate with the greater marketing teamto support and communicate initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or equivalent qualifications through experience
  • 2-4years of experience in a communications or marketing role
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with experience creating content for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders across the business including technology subject matter experts
  • Attention to detail
