Job Description

The Campaign Manager role is a critical member of the Portfolio Marketing team, responsible for strategizing, designing, creating, leading and communicating Go to Market (GTM) campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and influence for AHEAD solutions. Collaboration is key to success, working with the TSS, Sales, Partner and Marketing teams to build and execute robust campaigns.Responsibilities
  • In collaboration with the TSS team, Subject Matter Experts and Agency partners, develop messaging, define proof points and create prospecting questions for AHEAD themes, solutions and/or offerings that will be used in all digital properties (ex: website, social media), Sales-led conversations, sales collateral and presentations, RFPs and partner plans.
  • In collaboration with Marketing Portfolio, Brand, Experience/Field Marketing and Corporate Communications counterparts, develop robust inbound focused lead generation campaigns.
  • Campaign tactics include, but are not limited to digital content for the AHEAD website and social media platforms, thought leadership assets like ebooks, interactive engagement tools, webinars, events, PR and media engagement, video assets, Sales enablement assets
  • Develop a creative brief and messaging document, then present to the Marketing team to educate campaign participants on key messages, target buyer personas, target markets and timing.
  • In collaboration with Marketing Operations, build out GTM campaign detailed plan in the Marketing campaign management tool (currently XLS) and use during weekly campaign calls to keep project on schedule and enforce accountability.
  • Manage agency campaign activities to include collateral development, presentations, video content, interactive elements and video to ensure they are on schedule and within budget parameters.
  • Support field marketing managers as needed in developing territory level activation plans at the local (territory) level to include email, events, help territory marketing manager make the strategic campaign real for sales, prospects and clients.
  • Work with Portfolio Center of Excellence team to ensure RFP templates have proper messaging and resources in support of theme/solution/offering. In addition, identify client success stories and create Sales assets highlighting advocates.
  • Develop metrics to track awareness, engagement and influence tactics and provide regular updates to marketing amp; sales leadership
  • In collaboration with Sales, communicate tactics and activities designed to create conversations, create collateral based on Sales needs/requests and identify client champions.
  • Collaborate with BDRs to ensure they have resources necessary to conduct outbound campaigns to prospect targets / lead generation.
  • In collaboration with Partner channels team, ensure all relevant partners are identified and highlighted in all campaign elements (digital/events/collateral/etc.).
  • Brief AHEAD and relevant partner teams on campaign plan,
  • Work with AHEAD MDF manager to request/secure/reserve MDF funds aligned to campaign tactics if necessary and provide metrics to close loop.
  • Plug in to partner marketing channels to amplify AHEAD campaign messages and leveraging partner SMEs for appropriate activation (ex: video, webinar, live event)
Background/Qualifications
  • The Marketing Campaign Manager is a player/manager, leading the shaping, planning, execution, tracking, and analysis of AHEAD marketing initiatives focused on driving awareness, engagement and influence by prospects (new logo) amp; AHEAD clients (x-sell).
  • Marketing Campaign Manager critical skills amp; experience:
  • strategic planning of multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns
  • writing/communication skills for internal and external audiences
  • timely amp; aggressive focus on execution
  • insight amp; expertise in marketing to B2B technology buyers (C-Suite / executive / manager / technical personas)
  • knowledge of marketing automation tools
  • Marketing Campaign Manager will formulate, execute, maintain and measure multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Marketing Manager should have 8-10 years of experience, with focus on demand generation.
