Data and Reporting Specialist
CORE Community Organized Relief Effort, Georgia

• Work closely with the Communications department to support data collection of activities.
• Help create and maintain tools for Communications to help document activities.
• Lead the summary and reporting of activity data to be used by Communications for report creation.
• Develop and share weekly and monthly reports to various partners.
• Provide summary of activities to different departments to guide operations and for dissemination to social media.
• Create maps and visuals to guide and document Communications program activities.
• Understand and effectively communicate CORE’s operations, mission, vision, core values amp; strategic direction to external groups
• Proficient in English, additional bilingual ability a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative organization.
• Able to work effectively as part of a small, proactive team.
• Training and experience in data management and analysis, to include data visualization (ie. R) and mapping (ie. qGIS).
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in cross-cultural, international environments and with vulnerable populations.
• Experience in community organization or outreach, customer service, and/or volunteer or community engagement role; mid-level nonprofit experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s in business, computer science, public health or related field.
• Familiarity with Smartsheets and PowerBI.
