As Afterpay’s Retail Trainer, we're
Looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and customer-obsessed candidate to deliver Afterpay training to leading fashion, beauty and lifestyle retailers across our key markets. After learning the ins-and-outs of our product, the ideal candidate will become a key ambassador for Afterpay, delivering training materials and other content to a wide-range of audiences including field leadership and store teams, and Afterpay shoppers. Additionally, this person will use their best-in-class retail experience to develop deep relationships with our key retailers, collaborating with them to drive Afterpay adoption in-store, and to resolve any challenges that may arise along the way -- you’ll be responsible for key performance metrics of our product in your specific doors. Responsibilities include:
-Be a subject matter expert and face of the brand for a key portfolio of merchants-Adhere to training content and delivery schedule to ensure consistent training message-Visit and deliver training to key retail enterprise partner stores throughout the year, as well as host digital platform webinars-Role model great customer service and how to talk to shoppers about our product-Build strong relationships with partners to identify and develop opportunities to expand and grow the services that Afterpay provides to our merchants-Support in-store marketing initiatives, including pop-ups and special events-Manage the success of the Afterpay’s in-store offering for a portfolio of merchants-Track and report retail training progress and completion of key milestones to In-Store team

Additional Qualifications-3-5 years of relevant field training experience, ideally in the retail industry-Passion for providing outstanding customer service-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others through training and user engagement-Strong communication skills (spoken and written)-Ability to travel up 70% of the time-Flexibility to work/travel on weekends (the hours and schedule will likely
