Currently, we are seeking to hire a super-motivated and skilled professional Senior Product Designer.

You are best for this role if you have:

  • A strong background in building and shipping applications or software, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Product Designer role.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methods.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and design decisions.
  • Professional-level competence with design tools of choice (e.g., Figma, InVision, Framer).
  • Basic understanding of AB testing and analytics.
  • An empathetic approach to understanding user needs and balancing them against business requirements.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Mobile App Development: Experience in working on mobile app development is highly regarded.
  • Design Trends: A keen eye for digital design trends and a strong sense of aesthetic taste.
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
  • Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with financial markets, trading platforms, or related domains is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a bonus but not required.

Your daily activities as a Senior Product Designer will be:

    • Design Execution: Creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while defining detailed specifications for the product team to follow.
    • Strategic Involvement: Playing a key role in high-level strategic decisions with the product and headquarters teams, influencing the direction and design principles of Admirals' offerings.
    • Consistency and Simplicity: Ensuring that all product designs adhere to a consistent, simple, and user-friendly aesthetic and functional standard.
    • User-Centered Design: Develop user-centric design solutions that enhance the overall user experience of our trading platforms, keeping in mind the needs and preferences of traders and investors.
    • UI/UX Design: Design and iterate on user interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with industry best practices.
    • Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts, allowing for user testing and feedback before implementation.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and market analysts to define and prioritize features and improvements based on user feedback and business goals.
    • User Research: Conduct user research, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
    • Design Documentation: Create detailed design documentation, including wireframes, mockups, style guides, and design specifications, to guide development teams in implementing your designs accurately.
    • Responsive Design: Ensure that designs are responsive and adaptable to various devices and screen sizes, including desktop, mobile, and tablet.
    • Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
