Job Description

Whizz is transforming urban delivery in New York with our fleet of over 1500 e-bikes. We're not just a big name in e-bike delivery; we're also a helping hand to delivery workers. Our services include e-bike rentals and useful financial tools, all designed with the needs of the underbanked gig workforce in mind. We're proud partners of top delivery companies like Doordash and Getir. Your role will be key in ensuring our business customers benefit from these partnerships. As a B2B Account Manager with us, your main job is to look after our business customers. You'll get to know what they need and help them make the best use of our e-bikes and services. It's all about building good relationships and offering solutions that work for them.

Key duties:
  1. Main Point of Contact for Corporate Customers: Be the go-to person for our business clients. Listen to what they need and come up with ways to help them.
  2. Handle Money Matters: Take care of invoices and payments with our corporate customers. Make sure all the financial details are correct and on time.
  3. Look After Our E-Bike Fleet: Manage requests for fixing or swapping e-bikes. Make sure these tasks are done quickly and well.
  4. Manage Deliveries: Plan and oversee when and how deliveries happen. Make sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
  5. Talk with Other Teams: Work with other departments like Service, Operations, Finance, IT, and Customer Support. Help everyone work together better.
  6. Improve How We Do Things: Create new ways to work with our business customers and make our current methods better.

Requirements

We are seeking a proactive individual who excels in both tactical and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling hands-on, manual tasks while also possessing a global mindset to strategize and drive growth. Here's What You'll Need:

  1. Your Experience Counts: Got 2+ years working with corporate customers? Great! If you've been in the delivery world, even better!
  2. Juggle Like a Pro: Can you keep multiple balls in the air? We're all about handling lots of tasks smoothly.
  3. Numbers and Sheets Wizard: Love diving into data and making sense of it all? If you can create a simple CRM out of Google Sheets, you're our kind of person.
  4. Big Picture Thinker: Always spotting ways to dodge problems or fix them fast? Your strategic brain is just what we need.
  5. Ready to Roll Up Your Sleeves: Sometimes we need to get hands-on. If you're okay with jumping into manual work, you're our kind of team player.
  6. Friendly Communicator: Great at talking and being nice to people? You'll be working both with our customers and other departments, so being friendly and clear in communication is key.
  7. Organize, Plan, Thrive: If planning and keeping things tidy is your thing, you'll help us keep everything running like clockwork.

What You Get:

Pay: Starting at $2,000 per Month + KPI Bonuses

  • Your starting salary will be from $2,000 per month, depending on your experience. Plus, you can earn around $500/month in KPI bonuses, rewarding your hard work and success.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (EST)

  • Your workdays will be from Monday to Friday, aligning with the EST zone, from 9 AM to 6 PM. This schedule helps us stay connected and collaborate effectively.
