Your daily activities as a Data Engineer will be:
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements (business cases)
- Prepare datasets from various sources (including API) by request
- Take care of data warehousing as a process
- Implement and support Data model changes
- Develop new integrations and Data marts
- Improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality
- Describe entities and lineage in Data Catalog
You are best for this role if you are:
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering
- Degree in Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Computer science
- Strong knowledge of DWH design methodologies
- Experience with Apache Airflow/Prefect Ability to write and use DAGs
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Good skills in the programming language Python
- Solid working experience in Big Query and Google Cloud (or other cloud-based DB solutions), PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
- Good working experience in DBT
- Integration experience with various Ad platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, etc.)
- Hand-on experience with events generated by product analytics platforms
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Deal with constructive criticism and know how to develop relationships with the team to achieve common goals
- Spoken and written English (B1+)
