Role Definition:

Embrace a dynamic role as a Recruiter at Silverbird, where our team is growing, and we're on the lookout for a motivated individual to join our Talent Aqcuisition department. As a Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and contributing to our company's continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Utilize diverse channels for talent acquisition, ensuring a rich candidate pool.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for selection.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and initiatives.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment policies.
• Expand recruitment strategies to new markets.
• Implement cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven recruitment experience.
• Ideally, familiarity with fintech or e-commerce industry recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Ready to embrace challenges and contribute to a fast-growing organization.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and changeable environment.
