Role Definition:

Our team is expanding, and we're currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Personal Assistant to the CEO. In this role, you'll be instrumental in executing processes that align with our growth strategies. Reporting directly to the CEO and Chief of Staff, collaborating with the broader team, this position encompasses various daily administrative and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Time Management: Take charge of the CEO's calendar, schedules, and agendas, effectively managing crucial part-time commitments.
  • Metrics and Dashboards: Work alongside the Chief of Staff to assist the CEO in steering the company through dashboards. Ensure the tracking of essential metrics aligned with routine commitments.
  • Communications: Oversee communications, including attention, responses, and follow-ups. Support the CEO in internal communications across the nuclear team, executive team, and broader team, as well as external communications.
  • Investor Relations and Network Development: Collaborate with the Chief of Staff in managing investment relations and expanding the professional network, both within and outside the company.
  • Structuring and Applications: Assist the CEO in legal and structuring tasks. Prepare applications, such as KYC and banking, and manage related tasks such as updates, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Special Projects: Handle special projects that demand the CEO's full attention, such as initiatives related to culture or customer discovery. Manage project details, interact with executive sponsors and stakeholders, and ensure optimal use of the CEO's time.
  • Ad Hoc Personal Support: Provide support for ad hoc personal needs, including travel arrangements and notarization.
  • Engagement Management: Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to optimize the CEO's involvement in people, meetings, and routines. Ensure strategic participation in relevant activities.
