Currently we are seeking to hire a super motivated and skilled Senior PPC Specialist to join our fantastic Marketing team and make an impact in our Company's marketing and business growth.

Requirements
You are best for this role if you have:
- Bachelor`s degree (Master`s degree preferred) in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
- Min. 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Previous industry-related experience will be considered a plus (Broker/Fintech).
- AdWords certification is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Solid knowledge of Excel and ability to work with a large amount of data.
- Ideally, experience with Data-Management Platforms and Cloud Data technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written
- Self-motivated and team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Highly organized and have a capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
- Experience with working with large, global budgets
- Experience in driving meaningful results across multiple paid digital platforms including managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, working with social ad platforms such as Facebook/ Instagram/ LinkedIn/ Telegram.
- Managing display campaigns on the Google Display Network and Setup and reporting in Google Analytics (or other comparable web analytics platforms) and Google Tag Manager.
Your daily activities as a Senior PPC Specialist will be:
- Taking initiative to grow the campaigns according to spend and lead targets.
- Keeping spend and main KPIs as closely related to targets.
- Working together with external account managers to maximize performance.
- Cooperating and working closely with other departments.
- Staying on top of industry updates and keeping the campaigns optimized according to best practice.
- Conducting keyword and competitor research to identify opportunities to grow the campaigns.
- Analyzing campaigns to a granular level to identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Monitoring budgets and adjusting bid strategies.
- Tracking KPIs to ensure optimal performance.
- Providing meaningful reports.
- Writing compelling ad copy.
