Currently we are seeking to hire a super motivated and skilled professional to as a Digital Marketing Manager (email and messenger) who will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of the company's email and messenger marketing campaigns. This role is key in ensuring that our email communication with customers is highly targeted, engaging, and effective. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and analytics.

Requirements

You are best for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment.
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, Constant Contact) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, and email template design is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant privacy and anti-spam regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA).
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.


Your daily activities as an Email Marketing Manager will be:

  • Developing and executing email marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and sales growth.
  • Managing the email marketing calendar, ensuring that all campaigns are planned, scheduled, and executed in a timely manner.
  • Designing and creating visually appealing, mobile-responsive email templates that align with the organization's brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to develop and optimize email messaging, personalization, and targeting.
  • Conducting A/B testing, analyzing campaign performance data, and implementing improvements to optimize open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensuring email list health and hygiene, including managing unsubscribes, bounces, and spam complaints.
  • Monitoring and analyzing email deliverability and sender reputation, taking necessary actions to maintain high inbox placement rates.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implementing new ideas and tools to improve campaign performance.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive reports to track and communicating email marketing performance to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CCPA.
